HVS Design has named Christine Shanahan as a principal in the firm.
Shanahan started with HVS Design in 2014. She joins Warren G. Feldman and Scott P. Rosenberg as principals of the firm.
“In a relatively short time, Christine has elevated HVS Design to new heights,” said Feldman. “Her unique ability to curate inspired designs across a broad spectrum of project types that appeal to our clients and their guests has positively impacted the trajectory of the firm.”
She also continues in her role as managing director of design, where she oversees and manages the firm’s staff of designers, as well as is hands-on with creating designs for the numerous hospitality projects. Shanahan is still be based out of the company’s Rockville, MD office, just outside of Washington, DC.

Recent HVS Design projects include Marriott Louisville Downtown in Louisville, KY; The Goodwin Hotel in Hartford, CT; Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel in Philadelphia; and The Delamar Hotel in West Hartford, CT. Some upcoming projects include The Blake Hotel in New Haven; Hyatt Regency in Jacksonville, FL; and Hyatt Place in Miramar Beach, FL.
