DUBAI, UAE—Flora Park Deluxe Hotel Apartments Dubai, part of the upscale Flora Hospitality brand, has completed the final phase of its renovation project following a series of transformations to the public areas, including the hotel’s lobby, coffee shop, restaurant and corridors.
According to the company, the overall renovation plan revolves around a common theme, “A world in harmony,” which is designed to provide the comfort of home. The new lobby and common areas now feature upscale finishes, lightings and warm colors.

The design team at BSBG Brewer Smith Brewer Gulf aimed to develop an elegant new design transformation to re-animate and revitalize the hotel’s public spaces, and to further enhance the design aesthetic, AMBB team sought to create a refreshed look enlightened by new artwork, lighting and colors.

The renovation also included a total revamp of the hotel’s corridors, the lobby-level Sugar & Spice coffee shop and the Ambrosia Restaurant. In addition, a “sonic landscape,” created by MUSICSTYLING, specialists in background music “design,” was implemented to set the mood within the public areas and features independent music themes, reflective of the different spaces, times of day and seasons of the year. Additional amenities include free high-speed WiFi in their fleet of hotel cars.
