DoubleTree by Hilton Opens in South Florida

BOCA RATON, FL—DoubleTree by Hilton has opened Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton—a DoubleTree by Hilton here.

The hotel is owned and operated by AWH Partners, LLC and managed by Spire Hospitality.

The 139-room hotel opens following a multi-million dollar renovation of the former Boca Raton Bridge Hotel, and offers a contemporary new design blending grand, opulent Floridian style with modern coastal design, according to the company. Design elements include custom-made furnishings and fabrics, local artwork, and water and stone accents.

All guestrooms and suites offer a private balcony as well as a 37-in. HDTV, an alarm clock with MP3 connection, a mini-refrigerator and complimentary WiFi access.

Other amenities include the 24-hour fitness center featuring state-of-the-art Precor equipment, the private swimming pool and the adjoining waterfront promenade, and 8,500 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor meeting space.

Dining options include Boca Landing, offering fresh, local seafood, and Waterstone Bar & Grille, a poolside restaurant offering a Latin/tropical menu in a “dock-to-dine” setting.

Located just 25 miles from both Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Palm Beach International Airport, the refurbished hotel is 300 yards from the Atlantic Ocean and overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway.
