DENVER— Sage Hospitality has completed a complete overhaul of The Denver Marriott Tech Center here. The hotel has 605 modern guestrooms redesigned to reflect the natural landscape of Colorado. Owned by Maryland-based Host Hotels & Resorts Inc., the project was designed by Parker-Torres Design Inc.
The transformation included the creation of five residential suites outfitted with full kitchens, living rooms and workspaces, plus 36 studio suites. All of the new guestrooms have new furniture and original Colorado art, 49-in. and larger flat screen TVs, as well as renovated bathrooms with upgraded tile, sliding doors and high-end fixtures. The hotel’s 50,000 sq. ft. of meeting space has been updated in mineral tones, including the 10,200-sq.-ft. Evergreen Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,000 people.
This month, a new restaurant concept will open inside the hotel, Pint Brothers Alehouse. The standalone restaurant will feature an indoor beer garden that serves an eclectic collection of local craft beers and cocktails that rotate seasonally. The menu will provide burgers, sandwiches and flatbreads.
The property also has an M Club Lounge, a sunlit space with premiere services where Marriott Rewards members can work, eat and connect. Other property upgrades include a renovated fitness center, a redesigned entrance and enhancements to the indoor and outdoor pools.
