What’s in Store Outdoors

Summer isn’t over just yet. These pieces are adding flair and fun to any outdoor space, stretching the season just a little bit longer:

Daybed by Brown Jordan Oscar Collection

Architectural Designer/Product Developer Ann Marie Vering drew inspiration from a 1948 Brown Jordan collection in crafting the Oscar daybed. The design recalls the bygone styles of the 1940s with rope serving as a key element of the multidimensional series.

“The inspiration for the design of the collection began with a simple frame and rope. The frame can be made from extruded aluminum metal or teak. One of the reasons I was inspired to use rope was because Brown Jordan was working with rope many decades ago. I like the idea of bringing rope to the brand as it ties nicely into the company’s history,” she said.
