Turnberry Isle Miami Unveils Renovated Guestrooms by Forrest Perkins

AVENTURA, FL—Turnberry Isle Miami debuted 119 renovated guestrooms and suites in the resort’s Hibiscus Building. The room enhancements offer lighter, brighter contemporary furnishings and new deluxe mattresses, bedding and in-room amenities. The room re-design was led by Forrest Perkins.

In addition, the exterior of the building was refreshed with a fresh coat of paint and new roof. “Turnberry Isle Miami is excited to unveil these elegant, chic rooms just in time for our high season,” states Jon Gersonde, Managing Director of Turnberry Isle Miami.

Offering private balconies and views of the resort’s golf courses, pools and tropical grounds, the guestrooms range from 550-750 sq. ft. The revitalized rooms now have a modern, neutral color palette and pops of color. They received new carpeting, drapes and shears, sofas and reupholstered chairs in a neutral textured tone.

New hanging light pendants, fixtures and floor-to-ceiling mirrors create luminous light and space, and all rooms are furnished with new contemporary artwork, highlighting South Florida’s Tropical scenery. Upgraded in-room coffee and side tables feature contemporary glass and silver design elements, while computer desks were refurbished with chic, modern ivory desk chairs and design-forward chrome and marble desk lamps.

The hotel offers new custom mattresses and box springs Serta contemporary headboards, 300-thread-count sheets and new bedside benches. Every guestroom now includes 47-in. flat screen TVs and iHome Clock Radios with the latest Bluetooth technology, personal Keurig Coffee Machines and bathroom amenities by Natura Bissé.

Further enhancing the terrace views from every guestroom, new weather-resistant outdoor patio furniture naturally complements the resort’s tropical surroundings.
