Associate Principal Jennifer Askey, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, combines her dedicated passion for design with more than a decade of experience to shape innovative workplace, commercial/mixed-use, and senior living projects.
Principal Mo Attia’s, pictured above, more than 20 years of international design experience in master planning, architecture, and interior design has led to a portfolio that includes landmark projects, international five-star hotels and resorts, high-end residential, and more.
Associate Principal Iramis Luz Audet, IIDA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, leverages her extensive interior design experience by developing forward-thinking design solutions for workplace interiors.
Associate Principal Mike Berger, AIA, LEED AP, is dedicated to the study, planning, and design of K-12 educational projects. He focuses on shaping the student/teacher academic experience by creating inspirational educational environments.
Principal Barbara Best-Santos’ extensive experience in hospitality spans the globe. Highly-respected in the field of hospitality design, Best-Santos leads the San Francisco studio of ForrestPerkins, a distinct design studio of Perkins Eastman.
Associate Principal Rachel Birnboim, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, who has more than 21 years of dedicated experience, is a senior project manager who focuses primarily on healthcare architecture and consistently strives to grow existing client relationships, develop new ones, and achieve excellence in design execution and project delivery.
Principal Dario Brito leads a talented team of architects and designers and promotes a collective design approach rooted in the human experience. He is dedicated to creating a distinctive architectural statement and narrative that responds to the firm’s social responsibility and culture.
Associate Principal Kathleen Byrne, AIA, CDT, employs a logical, thoughtful approach to the integration of design and technology in healthcare planning thanks to more than 25 years of architecture and planning project experience.
Associate Principal Aaron Campbell, AIA, LEED AP, leverages his planning and design experience and passion for senior living to create elegant solutions that allow residents to thrive in vibrant communities.
Principal Daniel Colli, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, leads with his expertise in project management. His specialized construction knowledge of various trades, as well as his expertise in renovations, is reflected in all of his projects, including, among others, primary, secondary, and higher education.
Principal Colletta Conner, RID, NCIDQ, leads project management and design for ForrestPerkins with her astute project and financial management savvy. Conner’s forte is hospitality design and she recently won a 2019 International Hotel & Property Award for her work on the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco.
The passion Associate Principal Scott Fitzgerald, RA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, has for sustainable architecture in senior living—his area of expertise—led to a grassroots effort at Perkins Eastman to create and lead the firm’s Green Committee, which he chaired for many years.
Principal Gilles Le Gorrec, who worked for over 15 years as a designer in Paris, Monaco, and Beirut before bringing his global perspective to Perkins Eastman in New York 18 years ago, excels in a range of building types, including hospitality, office and mixed-use, and urban design projects.
Associate Principal Chhavi Lal, RA, IIA, IUDI, LEED Green Associate, has dedicated over 12 years of experience in developing wide-ranging campus master plans and creating large-scale urban destinations primarily in the Indian market.
Associate Principal Yu-Hwa Lin, RA, AIA, LEED AP, has worked on a wide spectrum of significant projects including museum, healthcare, hotel, courthouse, college, and mixed-use projects in major cities around the world.
Principal Cristobal Mayendia, AIA, NCARB, an energetic and creative force with more than 20 years of design experience, is responsible for overseeing comprehensive project designs, and identifying and implementing ideas from initial programming and conceptual design through completion.
Associate Principal Julie Moller, NCIDIQ, possesses 25 years of interior design experience over a broad spectrum of award-winning projects in senior living, healthcare, multi-family, and higher education.
Associate Principal JinHwa (Gina) Paradowicz, AIA, LEED AP, has 20 years of trend-conscious and solution-focused design experience due to her extensive work with residential, hospitality, senior living, retail/mixed-use, commercial, and educational projects.
Principal Lee Pellegrino, AIA, boasts more than 20 years of experience in managing multi-phased large and small projects for specialized care and residential environments focused on improving lifestyles and health outcomes.

Associate Principal Ramzi Sacre, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has more than a decade of professional experience with a variety of noteworthy healthcare projects ranging from master planning to design development.
Associate Principal Evan Schwartz, AIA, has over 30 years of experience at every stage of project development. He develops innovative solutions for his clients, focusing on their core needs and beliefs by creating facilities that are both humanistic and therapeutic.
As Director of Revenue & Analytics, Associate Principal Olivia Scott has transformed the firm’s reporting capabilities across offices and practice areas by leading global initiatives across the firm and growing the strategic abilities of the financial group.
Associate Principal Brett Swiatocha, AIA, co-leads the residential practice for Perkins Eastman DC’s studio in Washington, DC. He designs complex residential, mixed-use projects that make up the fabric of our cities.
