One Line Design Studio, a boutique interior design firm, has added Kendall Temotio as its creative strategist and Jason Valentin as project designer to its growing firm of interior design professionals in the hospitality and multifamily living sectors.
Temotio joins the team with a background in fine arts paired with her versatility and experience in marketing and public relations.
“Kendall’s knowledge of the interior design field and ability to capture an idea visually makes her an asset to our design process, down to the final details,” said Susan LaFleur, co-founder, One Line Design Studio.
Valentin brings more than six years of experience in the multifamily and hospitality market in South Florida. His balance of attention to detail and natural ability to design between the lines, makes him an asset to the team.
Prior to joining One Line, Valentin worked with notable firms throughout Florida and earned a reoccurring spot on TLC’s show Trading Spaces as an apprentice to Frank Bielec.
“Jason’s charisma and confidence in his craft makes him the perfect collaborator, and we are thrilled to have him as part of our team,” said Karrie Drinkhahn, co-founder, One Line Design Studio.
Valentin’s involvement in the interior design community shows his passion for the field as the 2019 chair of the Design Mix scholarship event and as the former director of communications for the IIDA South Florida Chapter Board. Temotio partners with the North Florida School for Special Education, a vocational art program, and advocates for the differently abled population.
“This dedication shows the importance of community engagement initiatives within One Line, continually making us proud of our expanding team,” Drinkhahn added.
