MIAMI—Lux Hotel Miami, a boutique hotel in South Beach’s Mid-Beach neighborhood, is slated to open in January 2016. The three-story Lux Hotel is the latest offering from hospitality veteran Avi Kramer and business partner Haim Yehezkel.
Kramer and Yehezkel currently own four boutique hotels in Miami Beach, including The Townhouse Hotel. Lux Hotel intends to blend contemporary grandeur and modern Miami, according to the property.
“With Lux Hotel, we wanted to bring to life an affordable, stylish property in the chic Mid-Beach neighborhood,” said Kramer, managing partner of Lux Hotel. “Central to the best of Miami’s shopping, dining and nightlife, we designed Lux Hotel to be just the right mix of high-end yet low key.”
Lux Hotel‘s 40 rooms offer neutral toned bedding giving each room a modern yet warm, beachy vibe. Each guestroom features custom furnishings, Eurotop beds, luxurious bed and bath linens and marble bathrooms. Deluxe rooms, available with King or Double beds, provide in-room kitchenettes and wet bars complete with Nespresso coffee machines and mini-bar.
