LOS ANGELES—L.E. Hotels has added four boutique properties to its portfolio: Hotel Los Gatos in Los Gatos, CA; Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort in Moltrasio, Lake Como, Italy; Hotel Beta Porto in Porto, Portugal; and Hotel Principe Real in Lisbon, Portugal.
Hotel Los Gatos is a 72-room, Mediterranean-inspired hotel. Guestrooms offer Egyptian cotton linens and plush bathrobes and slippers. The hotel also offers an outdoor pool and Dio Deka, featuring Hellenic cuisine. Hotel Los Gatos is also a member of the Luxe Collection by L.E. Hotels.
Grand Hotel Imperiale Resort is an Art-Nouveau-style hotel that offers a full spa and fitness center complete with salt cave, Turkish bath and indoor pool. The property also features two restaurants—The Imperialino and La Cascata—a piano bar and a private pier.
Hotel Beta Porto offers a health club, indoor heated pool and a sauna. The property also houses 120 guestrooms and six fully refurbished suites.
Hotel Principe Real has eight guestrooms and 10 suites all decorated in a contemporary fashion. Each of the suites has a balcony with views of Lisbon’s old town neighborhood or the historical Saint George Castle.
Five L.E. Hotels properties also recently completed major renovation projects. Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, transformed its restaurant and lobby into the Luxe Club on Rodeo, a new private tasting room and lounge exclusively for guests. Sedona Rouge Hotel & Spa in Sedona, AZ, underwent a year-and-a-half long expansion project, adding 32 rooms and suites, each decorated to emulate the eclectic culture of the Mediterranean. An additional garden and an outdoor venue were also added during the renovation. Both hotels are members of the Luxe Collection by L.E. Hotels.
In addition, Avila Beach Hotel in Willemstad, Curaçao, is a beachfront hotel that recently remodeled all 10 of its “La Belle Alliance” suite apartments. The one-, two- and three-bedroom room suites have fully equipped kitchens, separate living areas and open-air dining patios. The renovations include upgraded bathrooms. Hotel Concordia in Venice, Italy, recently restyled several of its rooms, updating furnishings, carpets and climate systems. La Piazetta, the on-site restaurant, was also refurnished.
Penn’s View Hotel in Philadelphia has started renovations that will upgrade its standard rooms bathrooms, lamp fixtures, area rugs and wallcoverings. Renovations are expected to be complete by the end of spring 2016.
