MIAMI—The Hyatt Regency Coral Gables has revealed the results of a four-month renovation to the hotel’s mezzanine level rooms and various boardrooms.
All of the newly renovated spaces make up part of the 19,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space in the Mediterranean-style hotel. Also included in the renovations is the Alcazaba ballroom. The Hyatt Regency has also completely redone its culinary footprint, with the Two Sisters restaurant receiving an updated look, including new decor and a new menu.
“Our guests have always appreciated how our contemporary spaces reflect the city’s Spanish influences, so we kept with the same Mediterranean theme, but added a modern twist in our famous restaurant and ballrooms,” said Jeffrey Babcock, GM, Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. “Our goal with these renovations is to continue to bring people from around the world to our hotel and to enjoy all that Coral Gables and the City of Miami has to offer.”
