NEW YORK—The Four Seasons Hotel DIFC has opened at the Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai. It is the brand’s second property in the city.
Located in the heart of the city, the 106-room hotel designed by Adam D. Tihany includes bespoke finishes, craftsmanship and attention to detail, according to the company. Tihany has created hotel and dining interiors around the globe, including Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, One & Only Cape Town, The Beverly Hills Hotel and locally at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach and Atmosphere at The Burj Khalifa.
“Four Seasons Hotel DIFC is nothing short of a custom tailored suit, designed to completely adhere to the needs of its clientele,” said Tihany. “It is very personal. We wanted the feeling of an inclusive exclusivity, without the ‘members only’ attitude.”
The hotel’s original photographic art series, commissioned by artist Bram Tihany, pays homage to the architecture of Dubai while providing a window into the philosophy behind the hotel’s design.
Elsewhere, there’s the 1950s-inspired 24-hour Firebird Diner by Michael Mina, also featuring art by Bram Tihany, and the eighth floor Luna Bar overlooking stunning views of the Burj Khalifa.
